I have used City Taxi in total about 8 or 10 times, and although they have either taken double the time they've told me or had to be called back to be reminded of my request for a ride in the past I have continued to call them out of convenience- after my most recent experience, however, I will not give this company another dime.

Although the drivers are generally polite, the dispatchers and "management" are unbelievably rude.

During my most recent experience with City Taxi,I requested a cab from my home to nearby Endicott College. Like every other time I have called for a cab here, it was difficult to be certain whether anyone was actually going to show up as the dispatcher mumbled and immediately hung up as soon as I gave my address.

I moved into the area recently and was looking for a good hair salon. I went to Hair N' Now in Wilmington twice, but there won't be a third time and here is why:
The first time I came was for a simple hair trim, but THEY DID NOT LISTEN, and instead gave me their own hair style. It was not bad, but NOT what I was asking for. The second time I came for a hair coloring (that was just stupid on my part, but I gave them a second chance). The stylist and I took time to choose the right color out of the book, and at the end she did a complete opposite of what we both agreed on. When I asked her if she could correct it, I got a "No" reply -- "just come back next time".
In this bad economy, the customer has more choices and businesses that want to survive generally listen to their customer needs. There would NOT be a next time for...
