Betsy's in Newton Centre has consistently overpriced merchandise. They have a store credit only return policy. I had been a customer for more than 15 years in spite of that. I was so disappointed with the poor customer service i received when i tried to return a defective sweater that i will never shop there again. Buyer BEWARE!!!
